HOW TO BOOK

PAYMENT & FINANCIAL SECURITY
Credit Card payments can be accepted via PayPal
Cheques in £ Sterling & drawn on a British Bank & sent to J. Spencer, 92 Trevor Road, Liverpool L9 8DZ.
Bank transfers in £Sterling--but please note--We will not be responsible for ANY supplementary bank charges.
We will provide bank details as required. In accordance with UK Package travel regulations, all customer payments are held in a trust fund until the services are provided.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER Tours will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of credit card full payment. As well as payment we will also require a start time & meeting place.
CANCELLED TOURS
Cancellation Charges in usual circumstances:-
Up to 14 days in advance--Taxi/INTX tours -£20 per tour
With 14 days of tour date--100% charge.
We do however try to be flexible and MAY be able to reschedule your tour without
incurring charges.
We
strongly advise
that you take out
cancellation insurance cover to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Any refunds due will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.
MISSED/LATE DEPARTURES
In the
event of problems with public transport, as long as you keep us informed about
your flight numbers/train times etc., then we will always check for delays, and
endeavour to meet your group at the later time. We will also supply you with the
mobile telephone number of your guide in case of problems.
Live@pool ltd. Can not be held responsible for any delays. And may have to
adjust your tour duration accordingly. Although we always try to be flexible,
our contract is solely for the meeting time & tour duration confirmed.
COMPLAINTS
Live@pool tours are extremely proud of the services we offer, and operate to a self-imposed high standard. If however you are not satisfied with the services or good we have provided, then please contact customer services department Via e-mail, or write to us at 92 Trevor Road, Liverpool L9 8DZ. UK. Or call 0151-330-0844 (international +44 151-330-0844). Complaints will be acknowledged with 5 days of receipt.
PRIVACY POLICY
We never share customer details with any third party. Transactions via our customers & ourselves are completely private. We will occasionally send information about our own services via e-mail. We hope that this does not offend, and invite you to contact us & ask to be removed from our mailing list.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Please take a look at our guestbook for recommendations from past customers. Some invite you to e-mail them personally. We know that several chat-rooms, notably those run by Beatle fans will highly recommend our services. Please feel free to leave your own comments on our guestbook.
